Thank you, Orangeville!

August 11, 2016   ·   0 Comments

The Sanderson family would like to send out a sincere thank-you to the Town of Orangeville.

Terry Sanderson proudly stands outside his “Second Home” — Tony Rose Arena!

Special recognition to:

Don Kidd and his committee for planning and organizing Terry’s Sculpture. Robin Wenzoski – artist of sculpture and a wonderful symbol of a Northmen lacrosse player. Bill Elliott – creator of the memorial plaque of Terry’s lacrosse career. Speakers – Mayor Jeremy Williams,  Robert Clevely (fellow teammate), Bruce Codd (former Northmen player, coached by Terry), Jamie Dawick (owner of Toronto Rock, who hired Terry as G.M. of Toronto Rock), and Shane Sanderson (brother, teammate).

Your thoughtful, heartfelt words meant so much to us…

Thank you to our families, friends, neighbors and the lacrosse community for being a part of the “Unveiling Ceremony” and for making the evening of June 24/2016 so special and memorable…

Susan
