Local COVID-19 Assessment Centre and Call Centre move to next phase

As COVID-19 cases remain stable across the province, Headwaters Health Care Centre (HHCC) shared that it will be moving to a new phase in its COVID-19 response. 

Effective Tuesday (August 10), HHCC will transition its COVID-19 Assessment Centre and Call Centre to the hours of operation below. 

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10am – 6pm 

• Tuesday, Thursday from 12 – 8pm 

Online appointment booking will remain available 24/7 and patients age one and under will continue to be tested for COVID-19 in HHCC’s Emergency Department. Headwaters says it appreciate the community’s patience and understanding as it navigates the changes brought on by the pandemic and are very grateful to everyone who has helped to get HHCC to this next phase. 

HHCC says many of the residents of the community stepped up to support the COVID-19 Assessment Centre and Call Centre including volunteers from beyond the hospital’s walls. HHCC says they are profoundly grateful for everything you have done.
