Faith in young people

Last Saturday evening I walked to Zehrs, brought my purchase to the counter and realized I had forgotten my wallet!
The young man behind me insisted on paying my bill, it was 37.15 dollars.
I had heard of “Pay It Forward” but never experienced it and I cannot tell you how heart-warming I felt on my way home.
I am 92 and he has restored my faith in young people.
There is hope for this world after all.
