Why, if I am a member, have done workshops in Dufferin County Schools, have exhibited in Dragonfly etc, shop at Maggiolly Arts, am an artist with all of the aforementioned qualifications with the exception of living in Dufferin County be ineligible to apply/receive consideration for the Reed T. Cooper Grant I find this exclusion discriminatory to say the least.
