‘An example of how not to write’

You do relaize that Rob Bredin’s article “Racializing Justice” (Citizen, August 4) makes zero sense.

I have read it over a few times now, and I’m no closer to figuring out what he’s attempting to say. I’m not only talking about his argument. I’m also pointing out his sentence structure and paragraph structure. Was his piece even edited?

An absolute disgrace, man. As a writer trying to find a place and space for his own craft and trade, I’m appalled that this article was allowed to find a place and a space. I’m going to share this article with my high school students as a an exemplar of how not to write.

Orangeville deserves better.
