Affordable for who?

Sir,
Oh my, oh my … after being told over a few years that the residential properties established in the development off Hansen would be affordable housing, I am somewhat bewildered at the listings in last week’s news.
I don’t recall any mention of 3, 4, 5-bedroom castles being planned. Affordable? By whom?
