Re: Your Lead story in Oct. 15 issue “Infrastructure Needs Dominate”
I find it difficult to understand the thinking of the Blue Machine.
We elect a do nothing candidate again when more than anything we need support of a Federal Government who understands the needs of small communities and the Rural farm industry.
If you were a Government rejected by the minority choice for a representative in the Commons would you dump thousands of dollars on their roads, bridges, new federal buildings and social resources?
We never got anything of substance over the last ten years of Conservative non progressive government and our Rural industries have suffered as well.
The winds blow cold in Headwaters Country even at the best of times.
The chill of our voting winter will freeze us out again.
