Girls allStar basketballODSS student named MVP in All-Star game

District 10 high schools held their girls All-Star basketball game at St. James High School in Guelph on Wednesday, December 16.
Students from six high schools in the District were invited to play in the game.

Top players from each basketball team in the district were chosen to represent their school in the game that showcased b-ball talent.

Hannah Bellai and Lindsay Grant from Orangeville District Secondary School were selected to represent ODSS in the game.
Bellai was named the Most Valuable Player for the All-Star game.

Hannah scored 20 points in her team’s win with a final score of 42-38.

The Grade ten student plays with the ODSS Bears basketball team and is also a member of the school’s senior girls’ volleyball team.

Hannah also plays Rep volleyball for the Guelph Grizzlie U16 Team that is ranked as one of the top teams in the province.
