Chris – our Guardian Angel

We are two senior ladies who were trapped in our car deep in a ditch at a steep angle and in fear of rolling over (on Mono Centre Rd near 2nd Line E in Mono Aug. 10 around 4:30pm).

Chris, a young man from Hockley, in a truck with a Farm license plate pulled over as soon as he saw our car, and quickly assessed the situation. He figured out a possible solution and very carefully executed our rescue.

I was too emotional to get his details and he wouldn’t accept any payment for his trouble. In the spirit of paying Chris’ kindness forward, we have made a contribution in his honour to Community Living Dufferin and again – thank you so very much Chris, for being our guardian angel in this traumatic situation.

We remain very grateful.
