911 costing and conflicts of interest

All do respect to our great chief and I do sincerely believe he is doing a great job but the town owes it to the taxpayers to explore this venture.

If the town can realize a substantial cost savings without diminishing the quality of service it certainly warrants consideration.

Once again, the Police board comprising of Mayor and a Councillor should not have them vote on this issue as this is (in my opinion) a conflict of interest( they are paid for the position and thus makes them ineligible to vote on the matter).
