The Headwaters Racquet Club hosted a better body challenge over an eight week program at the Club’s gym in Orangeville. Over 100 participants took part in an effort to reduce body fat and build muscle for a better body. Every worked in teams during the challenge. Chris Tworek, was a member of the winning team, along with second place team, Lesley Brakel, Jodi Young, and Lauren Brakel, all surpassed their goals during the challenge.
